Thanksgiving Turkey Can Help Avoid Diabetes Risk
Many people have heard that over-consumption of red meat can increase risk for strokes and heart attacks, but did you know that in a recent study, red meat–particularly processed red meat–is associated with a higher risk for Type 2 Diabetes?
